Be grateful for something the moment your brain starts to wake up. Then picture how you want your day to go. Intend for it to go smoothly and with fun and love. Personalized them, have the intentions be exact.
Lots of people are having weird health symptoms. If you are one of them it is okay. I am not telling you not to go to your doctor. But consider that the earth's vibration is raising which effects the body. Our DNA is changing too. Our bodies are accepting more light and when they do this it releases blocked (dark) energy from our bodies creating unusual side effects.
Some of these growing pains symptoms are. It seems like the cold or flu but not really. Or the cold and flu really bad. Ringing in the ears. Confusion. Tingling in the groin area. Heart pains. Goopy eyes. Sleep alot. Can't sleep. Night sweats. Hearing voices. Vivid dreams. Eyesight strange. A urge to change your diet. Emotional for no reason at all like crying and then it goes away quickly. Very sore everywhere. Not very hungry for days or starving all the time. This is just to name a few.
To help with these growing pains I drink many glasses of good water per day. As I drink the water I bless it and me with intention. I say something like this "As I drink this water it cleanses my body with ease and grace and I am filled with more light and love" This works great. Try it.
The universe provides us with all we need we just have to believe.

Bee Grateful - Stop foreclosure check it out
I am grateful for my great well water. I am grateful for my pets. I am grateful for my eyesight. I am grateful for life. I am grateful for my wood heat. I am grateful that I can walk. I am grateful for flowers. I am grateful for my friends and family.
I am grateful for bees. Did you know that the bees are responsible for us eating. If all the bees disappeared 90% of the food would be gone.
Please stop using chemicals on the soil. There are a ton of natural ways to fertilize. Plus the chemicals eventually make it to the water supply.
I am very lucky my well is 200 feet deep. It is the best water I have ever tasted. I wondering if it is because it is so deep.

Not all weeds are bad.
Save the weeds
Stinging Nettle is one of the best weeds to make a tea out of or even steam it and eat it. It cleanses the blood and helps build the blood. It has a high iron content so its helps with energy levels. The other minerals and vitamins in this weed helps to boost the immune system. It helps lower blood sugars and bladder problems. Headaches can decrease with everyday use. It is so good it helps the entire body function better. But for it to work you actually have to drink it. So go pick some weeds.
Please get weeds that have not been sprayed with chemicals.
Another great weed to consume is Dandelion. The leaves eaten raw or steamed are great for liver and gallbladder. The fresh stems of the flowers are chewed and eaten to relieve many skin and liver problems. You would eat 5-10 stems daily for maximum benefits. The fresh stems can help remove gall stones painlessly. So before you mow your chemical free yard this spring. Cut your dandelions and eat em up.
A friend of mine has even fried the flowers in butter and eaten them. She says they are great.
Spring is coming in this hemisphere so it's benefical for you to eat the first plants that come up so be on the look out.
